New Year 2025: UAE ambassador spends special moment with Pakistan's SOS children

ISLAMABAD: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Al-Zaabi and his wife Maitha Majid Al Suwaidi welcomed 2025 by spending a heartwarming day with children at the SOS Children’s Village in Islamabad.
The couple’s visit brought smiles to the faces of 50 children who joined in celebrating the festive spirit of the new year.
Ambassador Al-Zaabi, in a statement, expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to celebrate with the children. “It is a privilege to share this occasion with those who embody resilience, hope, and the spirit of our shared humanity,” he said.
The top envoy emphasised the importance of fostering love and compassion within communities, a message resonating with the values of the UAE and Pakistan alike.
